My name is Terri Hedrick and I am a homeschooling mom and a part-time teacher. Before becoming a mom I spent many years in the elementary classroom teaching all levels from pre-k to fifth grade and several multi-age classes.
Since becoming a mom I’ve been a virtual teacher of middle and high school English and Language Arts, and currently I teach adult basic education online. 
I have a M.S. in Education and have been involved in education in one way or another since 1990! I started studying education in 1984. I am FL certified in Elementary Grades 1-6 and English Grades 6-12.
My philosophy is that children are natural learners and I believe very strongly in child-led programs.
I will work with you according to your needs. Some clients want to know if their children are on “grade level” according to what the public schools are doing. Other families come to me to ask for support and help in accomplishing their own goals for the year. Many want specific advice on certain subject areas, such as reading.
