Eustis Cottage School – Fall Semester 2010
Need a fun, cooperative place for your kids to learn? Looking for a small group setting and individualized attention? Need a little time away to run errands or do your own homeschool planning?
We are now enrolling for the fall session.
Eustis Cottage School is a place for learning that includes learning mathematics and language concepts through storytelling, rhythm, verse, movement, games, and hand crafts.
We begin our time each morning with songs, movement and stories, together in a large group, and then split off into small academic groups and individualized time with the teacher. At closing we join together again as a large group in song and movement.
Families are often invited for performances and/or holiday celebrations.
Overall, it is FUN!
The details:
Hours are Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. -1 p.m. with a snack break and a lunch break included.
We are accepting students ages 5-9 at this time. Enrollment is limited so register soon!
Our fees are $45 per child per week. Ask about our sibling discount.
A materials fee of $20 is required and is due on the first day of school.
Sessions will run for nine weeks. We meet every Thursday from September 23rd – December 2nd with the exception of October 14th and Thanksgiving day.
We ask for a semester-long commitment for many reasons; but mostly because a cohesive, consistent group of children makes for happier, more balanced learning.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested as we are growing, and the number of students we have will determine the facility we use.
